Lots of small, interesting spaces. Fascinating history of the development of the gardens. Great, home cooked food in the barn restaurant. Mostly easy access, some grass paths. Well worth a visit.
John and I visited the gardens today and we were overwhelmed by the disabled facilities. John is in a wheelchair. Not only were the facilities good, the staff were so helpful and kind. The food was perfect. We are home now feeling very content about our day out.
