Waited nearly 40 minutes and still diddent get the breakfast I orderd just wached other people getting served try working on your servis
We popped in as it had good kerb appeal, looking for a cooked breakfast. Our bottoms had barely touched the seats before we were asked for our order...prompt is appreciated but we had been observed entering as we actually had to pass a staff member at the counter, so rather inconsiderate we felt. We rushed our decision for a latte & asked for time to observe the menu. We requested 2 full English breakfasts only to be told that they stopped serving breakfast at 12..their clock read 12:01. We took extra time & decided on the chicken, mushroom & tarragon pie from the specials board...only to be told by a curt waitress that the chef hasn't finished making it yet. She wasn't very apologetic or friendly. We felt unwelcome & witnessed other diners served in a much warmer manner. We decided to drink our latte...which was nice...& leave. We will not be returning.
Went today for lunch , the food is excellent , would definitely recommend this tea room , can't wait to return , David and Marie , and father in law Phillip Wakefield
