Rude little man on Saturday in the actual donating bay. I was told I was giving him more work to do by donating goods and then I was berated for mixing everything up in the bags, no hello or thank you, just moaning. Those things I donated belonged to my stepfather who was nursed at home by hospice staff, so perhaps he could think before speaking.This is in complete contrast to the shop staff and the home collection staff who were so friendly and helpful
This is one of my favourite places but my wife and I have just been there for a quick bite to eat and I must say that we were both very disappointed with the service & the food I must say in there defence they did give my wife a full refund for her meal which she couldn't eat.I am only dropping 2 stars because I know that they can do better than today don't be put off by this review give them a try I hope you won't be disappointed.
Lovely staff. Clean and tidy. Great bargains. Wonderful book room....could spend hours in there!
Often pop in here with the other half for a quick coffee and snack while I pick out a couple of books to add to my bookcase of things to read one day.
