Great advice re stoves and service, nice clean fitting
Outstanding Service! Len and Brian have worked in my house installing a new Worcester boiler, gas fire, redesigning, removing old, and building a new fireplace, new radiator, piping, etc. I had the whole bathroom apart tub, shower and Len worked on the piping and put my bathroom back to a very professional level. The company has a very wide range of services and the products he display on his website are of wide selection and are backed up I believe for at least 5 years. I have brilliant heat, my utility bills have been cut by at least a 1/3, and the quality of service is the best I have seen being from both side of the pond (Atlantic Ocean). Len is a very knowledgeable, gentle, very kind, high integrity work man and it is done right the first time, no worries about calling anybody else to fix a repair. If anything I call Len on all gas repairs.Brian (His Son) does the construction, engineering and redesigning of structures, chimneys, fireplaces, etc and he is too of high integrity and gets it right the first time.Chris (Len's wife) does the administration. She is a very lovely, very kind person to chat to and all the invoices are correct and highly impressive, so you know where you stand. From what I have seen in over the last twenty years, this family organisation is the best in the business and I do not want anybody else, unless I can't get them and I have a dire emergency and even then Len will help me out where he can over the phone, email, and if he can work me in an emergency, he does it. He has at least an 1hr and a bit travel from his office to my house, but he has traveled a lot farther and has worked in all aspects of this business. He gets lots of work phone calls and appears to keep everybody happy! How he does it is amazing!The company is all insured and they have all the qualifications and certificates to do the job. He also has all the sophisticated equipment to do the job correctly, that he replaces for new from time to time. I am more than happy and very content, because I can fully trust this organization and not have to worry about anything.
