Took in a tv that had over heated. He said it would be expensive to fix but couldn't say which part he thought needed replacing. little strange! but I got a second hand tv of him which was at reasonable price so over all i'm happy

Really untrustworthy, poor service and little explanation and extremely over priced. If you are not clued up on your technology do not visit as seems to be making a joke out of customers! Just throws a load of software names at you and even offered to "upgrade windows at a cheap price" here's me thinking that was free anyway! ;)I was under the impression malwarebytes was something that would be left on the computer once installed as I used it myself but to be charged for installing it once running it once then removing it seems pointless.The original request was to install updates on the laptop and when I checked the updates history log there has been no updates in the past 3 months + and when I asked you why this was in the shop you could not give me an answer?I asked you to look at it again for free and your agreed but i should not of have to ask, when the original issue the computer was given to you for was not resolved it should of been obvious to do the job that had been paid for again, correctly.
