So helpful! Had a blow out outside the shop, Tim not only changed the tyre but helped get the wheel back on when the chain jammed. Really friendly service, clearly huge amount of experience and couldn't be more helpful when he had a lot of work on himself. Tim is fantastic, he went above and beyond trying every method to sort out the gears on my bike, looking online and phoning other bike shops to see if they had the parts my bike needed. This was a couple of months ago now when his store had just opened, so he didn't yet have the very specialised things I required. We managed to resolve the issue with my bike and I was able to cycle off and finally reach Land's End! Very happy with the service, highly recommend. Thank you Tim! :)
Tom and Kelvin sold me a second hand Trek hybrid and offered great value and service.The bike came with new cables, rear set, head bearings and a host of other little touches that you won't find in a Halfords. The bike rides like new and even came with a 12 months warranty.Well worth supporting this high-service, traditional bike shop.
Took my "retro" diamondback to Tim, it had been sat out for 4-5 years and had definitely seen better days! Excellent service from a guy that is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would certainly recommend to anyone, he is extremely passionate about what he does which is obvious from the service he offers.
