Traditional old public house. Characterful and welcoming. Good staff. But can be a little loud.
Really friendly and welcoming pub. We enjoyed the roaring fire and easy, relaxed vibe. The food was delicious too ... highly recommended.
Absolutely lovely staff here, 8 of us helpfully turned up without booking but they still squeezed us in. Went for a pint (have Ludlow beers on tap) and the food looked so good we all got dinner there. Really creamy fish pie, very warming. Also have a huge range of gins, definitely worth a try!
A small enclosed pub with very friendly staff who have a nice sense of humour. Friendly well behaved clientele. Food portions were larger than expected, so great value for money and a good experience. Very reasonably priced, however they don't accept credit or debit cards.
